Blood Donation
Date: Sunday, 31 Jan 2016
Time: 9am – 1pm
Location : Church level 2 Classrooms
Bring NRIC or Blood Donor Card or passport or work permit. A local address must be provided during registration.
Requirement:
- Must be between 16-60 Years old
- Must be at least 45 kg
- No symptoms of infection for the last one week (eg. sore throat, cough, runny nose, diarrhoea)
- No fever in the last three weeks. • Potential donor may be deferred due to tattoo, acupuncture, pregnancy, breast feeding, major surgery.
- A health assessment will be given on that day to confirm the suitable donor.
- Fasting is not required.
- The blood donation takes no more than 10 minutes. The entire process lasts less than 60 minutes from registration to resting times.
SHARE-A-POT –Exercise and Physiotherapy for Elderly
All are invited to join the Elderly for weekly exercise and physiotherapy every Tuesday from 17th November, 10.30am – 1.00pm at the canteen.
We are also looking for volunteers to help the elderly in assisting them during exercise and lunch session.

We had a successful pilot collaboration with Khoo Teck Puat Hospital on the above project. A total of 46 senior parishioners participated with an average attendance of 27 participants per week.
